Interested in finding out a little more about me!? Well I really wouldn't be, I'm not that interesting really. But what the hey, lets spill my heart out to an audience of strangers...that's just how I roll! So what's to know about me:
I'm Dan, a nineteen year old student from a small little town in Devon. Currently living in Penryn in Cornwall, I'm studying Theatre: Performance at the University College Falmouth with the hope that I can one day pursue my dream of acting on the professional circuit. That is however, a dream and as a realist I fully understand the unlikeness that I will actually ever make it out of a regional theatre so I am planning to study teaching as a fall back plan. If all goes well though, one of you guys may be reviewing my work in the future instead. That's the plan anyway.
I have a broad taste in TV and film and my taste in music can only be defined as eclectic. I'm a pretty open minded guy and as long as something is done well, I'll probably give it a go. I can only like or dislike it after all, it's not like sitting through Twilight is going to ruin my life - it will however fuel my hate of novel adaptations!
I'm a huge Doctor Who fan, the Tennant years in particular who in my opinion is one of the best actors on television. I also watch Charmed, 24, Alias, Lost, Ashes to Ashes and various other shows that now can only be described as yesterdays TV. How I Met Your Mother is another love of mine and I believe anyone who thinks it's just a copy of Friends, needs there head checking! Unashamedly, I'm also a watcher of the British Soap, Eastenders...everyone has a guilty pleasure and EE is mine!
My favourite film of all time is actually a trilogy of films. And no, it's not the one with the ring and lots of little people who don't wear footwear. Instead, it's the Pixar animated adventures of Woody, Buzz and the gang - yes it's Toy Story. Having grown up with the films, they are by far my favourites!
